An 'Old Salt' is an old sailor and is an ode to our founder's careers at NOAA. The 'Old Salt' is a traditional Super Tuscan-style blend. Composed of 86% Sangiovese, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and and 7% Cabernet Franc, this wine is medium bodied, ruby/purple in color and offers subtle floral/herbal aromas that meld with flavors of black cherry, leather, and graphite. We love the purity of fruit, and it's a joy to drink. 170 cases produced. 13.4 % ABV.
