An 'Old Salt' is an old sailor and is an ode to our founder's careers at NOAA. The 'Old Salt' is a traditional Super Tuscan-style blend. Composed of 67% Sangiovese and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is medium bodied, ruby/purple in color and offers subtle floral/herbal aromas that meld with flavors of black cherry, leather, and graphite. We love the purity of fruit, and it's a joy to drink. 160 cases produced. 14.4 % ABV.
